Enrolment renewal procedures for second and third year courses

Bachelor's and Master's degree courses
Academic year 2025/2026

Online applications for enrolment in the second and third years of Bachelor 's and Master 's degree programs for the academic year 2025/2026 must be submitted from August 1 to September 19, 2025, with payment of the 1st installment to be made no later than September 19, 2025.

It is possible to renew enrolment through the reserved area in the IULM University online services, under "Registration."

On applying to renew enrolment, students must read the Regulations for university fees and contributions for the academic year 2025/2026 for students enrolled in Bachelor 's and Master's degree courses.
Students renewing enrolment in 2nd anf 3rd year courses who want to be allocated different contributions bands from the previous year must fill in the form for band contribution allocation online by October 31, 2025.

As the allocation of the contribution is limited exclusively to the academic year of enrolment, the declaration must be submitted annually.

The enrolment fee and contributions are payable in three installments:

  • first installment: by September 19, 2025. The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from August 1, 2025.
  • second installment: by December 13, 2025 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated). The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from December 2, 2025.
  • Third installment: by March 31, 2026 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated ). The payment slip will be available in the Online Services section from   February 16, 2026 (beginning of 2nd semester lessons)*.

Any late payment will incur a penalty fee, amounting to €50 for a single payment up to €3,000 and €100 for higher amounts. In addition all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked .

*Students who intend to withdraw from their studies and submit their withdrawal request before the due date of the second installment (by November 30, 2025) or the third installment (by February 15, 2026) will not be required to pay those installments

"Fuori corso" enrolments

Bachelor's and Master's degree courses
Academic year 2025/2026

Applications for enrolments in years classified as fuori corso (Bachelor's and Master's degree courses) for the academic year 2025/2026 must be submitted from August 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (March 1 to June 28, 2026 with late fees charged).

It is also possible in this case to carry out the procedure through the reseerved area in the IULM University online services, under "Registration."
The enrolment fee and contributions must be paid paid in a single instalment.

Any late payment will incur a penalty fee, equal to €50 for a single payment of less than €3,000, and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. In addition all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked .
