The foreign language training offered by IULM University is aimed at those who wish to undertake a training course for the development of skills specifically designed for international markets.
IULM's foreign language training offer may be:
- provided entirely in a foreign language at IULM University
- delivered in Italian or foreign languages with the final issue of a double degree by IULM University and the foreign partner university where the courses are held.
Take part in our first International Week at Università IULM!
A 3-day event not to be missed, organized in our city campus placed in the heart of Milan, taking place from March 22 to 24, 2021.
We would like to welcome academic staff to offer guest lectures, present their home universities, participate in research exchanges as well as in exciting social events.
The Corporate Communication International Week is targeted to our undergraduate students in Corporate communication and public relations, although open to all IULM students.
The event will offer all participants the opportunity to broaden their horizons and benefit from meaningful exchanges of ideas, perspectives, practices and skills in different knowledge fields.
The International Week is scheduled to be face-to-face, but will be promptly turned into an online event if the prolongment of the Covid-19 situation will require so.

From November 25th to 30th the autumn appointment of the International Schools of IULM Flow is back: six meetings with IULM professors and many guests.
International Autumn School - Global Trends & Communication Management: six lessons, all in English, completely free of charge and online, will start from the talk held by each of the teachers to leave room for debate.
Prof. Emma Zavarrone will try to investigate how the media have dealt with the issue of contagion and explained the epidemiological evolution of the virus, proposing a statistical analysis of the communication. With Prof. Emma Zavarrone, the professor will discuss the issue of the virus. Vincenzo Russo instead we will discover what neuromanagement means and how neuroscience techniques can be linked to psychology, marketing, economics, management and sociology. We will then add content related to Artificial Intelligence and, thanks to the contribution of Prof. Riccardo Manzotti, we will approach this topic from a philosophical and sociological point of view. We will also talk about Big Data and the challenges of the digital world with Prof. Andrea Miconi and we will conclude by talking about diversity and inclusion in the world of corporate communication with Prof. Alessandra Mazzei and Prof. Vanessa Gemmo.
IULM University organizes summer schools based on specific themes of the University, such as Made in Italy, Food, Creative Industries, Design and Fashion. The aim is to create ad hoc programmes to meet the needs of international partners who choose IULM as a centre of excellence from both an educational and an experiential point of view. Some examples are the Harvard Summer School, focused on Made in Italy, or the Summer School for students of the University of Nebraska entitled "Beauty, Leadership and Innovation".
