
Fees and contributions
Evaluation criteria and allocation in the contribution bands for foreign students and Italians residing abroad.
International students pay a flat tuition fee corresponding to the maximum band provided for in the Regulations for fees and contributions.
International students refer to “students of Italian or foreign nationality, residing in the European Union and in non-EU countries, whose family unit resides abroad where it produces income and assets, who enroll for the first time or renew their enrolment in the 2nd year of an undergraduate programme or of a 2-year Master's degree course in the academic year 2023/2024”.
For students enrolled in the academic year 2023/2024, the following fees and contributions will apply to the 3-year and Master's degree courses:
The PagoPA payment slips for payment of the second and third instalments will be available at the end of November 2023 in the reserved area of the online services (select: Segreteria>> Tasse) which students can access using their IULM credentials. Any late payment will incur a penalty of €50 for payments up to € 3.000 and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. You are also advised that all teaching and administrative activities will automatically be blocked until the payments are made.

An exception is made for students from particularly poor countries (specified by decree
no. 344/2022 of the Ministry for Education, University and Scientific Research
in agreement with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs), for whom the single contribution band corresponds to the first band provided for in the Regulation
on fees and contributions for the academic year 2023/2024.
For students enrolled in the academic year 2023/2024, the following contribution bands will apply to the 3-year and Master's degree courses:
First band:
Up to 13.000
Second band:
13.001/23.000
Third band:
23.001/33.000
Fourth band:
33.001/ 43.000
Fifth band:
More than 43.000
First band:
Up to 13.000
Second band:
13.001/23.000

IULM University has adopted a tuition and fees payment system centered on "contribution bands" applied to the household based on the ISEE indicator for university benefits.
The amounts of fees and contributions as well as the way the band is assigned are governed annually by the University Fees and Contributions Regulations available in the "Documents" section at the bottom of the page.
The following contribution brackets will be in effect for students enrolled in A.Y. 2023/2024 in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs
