Climate Change: From Scientific Analysis to Communication

On Wednesday, June 18th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, IULM will host the seminar "Climate Change: From Scientific Analysis to Communication," led by Dr. Davide Faranda, research director at the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l’Environnement, CNRS, France.

The seminar aims to explore the importance of integrating scientific analysis of climate change with effective communication strategies. Dr. Faranda will delve into the primary methodologies used for studying climate phenomena and will illustrate how scientific data can be translated into accessible and engaging messages that raise public awareness and promote sustainable behaviors.

The seminar is organized as part of the NextGenerationEU project "Sounding Images - Screening Sounds" (SISS) and is open to students, faculty, researchers, and anyone interested in the challenges of the climate crisis and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.

The event will take place at the Aula Seminari (IULM 1 Building) and is open to project partners and the general public.
