IULM participates in Focus Live 2025, the science festival
At the National Museum of Science and Technology "Leonardo da Vinci" in Milan, IULM brings its studies on consumer neuroscience and archaeology during Focus Live, confirming the University's commitment to the dialogue between research and popularization.
From Nov. 7 to 9, the 2025 edition of Focus Live, the Science Festival, will take place with the theme of passion. Admission is free with prior reservation.

"(Unconscious) Shopping Tips": neuroscience and neuromarketing
On Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. on the Main Stage, a study by IULM's Behavior and Brain Lab , coordinated by Professor Vincenzo Russo (Consumer Psychology and Neuromarketing, IULM) will illustrate how consumer behavior is driven by unconscious processes.
Archaeology and passion for the past: hunting for lost civilizations
On Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. in the Speakers' Corner, archaeologist and IULM lecturer Carolina Orsini, curator of the archaeological and ethnographic collections at the Museum of Cultures in Milan (Mudec), will talk about her mission to the Andean lands.
Carolina Orsini is coordinating an archaeological mission in Tumshukayko (Peru), the result of a collaboration between IULM University, Mudec and the local community of Caraz, promoting a participatory and respectful valorization of cultural heritage.
