
IULM celebrates fashion during Fashion Week with meetings, lectures and cinema
On the occasion of Fashion Week, IULM University confirms itself as a point of reference in the dialogue between culture and fashion, hosting a series of events that will explore the link between fashion, cinema and innovation
Among the scheduled events, on February 24, IULM will welcome Massimo Cantini Parrini , celebrated Oscar-nominated costume designer, for a meeting dedicated to the relationship between clothes and film narrative. A unique opportunity to explore the role of costume in the construction of the identity of characters and in the collective imagination.
On Feb. 25, Judith Clark, curator of the Elio Fiorucci exhibition at the Milan Triennale, will give a lecture at IULM. During the meeting, she will share the curatorial process behind the exhibition celebrating the legendary Italian fashion designer, exploring his innovative approach that fused art, music and design, and his impact on fashion and society, told through icons such as angels and pop culture
On Feb. 26, IULM will host Pietro Allegretti, an expert on FashionTech and startups in the fashion industry. His lecture will address new technologies applied to the fashion business, exploring the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence and digital solutions for the fashion supply chain.
Rounding out the lineup of events will be the film festival "La Moda Vista," which will offer a dialogue between film and fashion film. Among the scheduled screenings:

With this rich programming, IULM University joins the international debate on fashion, confirming its role as a cultural incubator capable of connecting different disciplines and languages.
