IULM University is ready to welcome back its students. After so many months, the desire to return to live the Campus is great. With the necessary precautions and the respect of the safety rules, we are sure that everyone will be able to return to attend classes at the University in a relaxed and safe way.

Safety rules

What can you do to protect yourself and others from Covid-19?

• Always wear a mask (both inside and outside the Campus) and sanitize your hands often.
• Always keep a distance of one meter from others
• Avoid gatherings
• Comply with the University's signs

Classes in presence

Classes for the second semester of the 2020/21 academic year will begin on Monday February 8th and will take place both face-to-face and online. In order to take part in the in-presence lessons, students will have to book their place in the classroom through the IULM Lezioni app or by accessing the Web Agenda. Catering services

During their stay at the University, students will be able to use the IULM catering service. In fact, from Monday February 8th, the Foodie Canteen in IULM 3 and the YUM! Bar in IULM 1 will reopen with the following hours:

• YUM! BAR - Opening hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm

The usual cafeteria service is guaranteed, with the possibility of eating at tables that are properly spaced and sanitized after each use; lunch service with a choice of assorted sandwiches, pizzas and salads.

• FOODIE UNIVERSITY RESTAURANT - Opening hours from 12:00 am to 2:00pm

Three menu alternatives: Traditional Menu (with first and second courses and hot side dishes) - Salad Express Menu (where customers can compose their own salad with ingredients of their choice) - Fast Food Menu (with roast chicken and kebab dishes)

• SMART BAR and CAFFÈ LETTERARIO - CLOSED

For those who wish to order lunch, Pellegrini Spa, the company that provides catering services in our University, has come up with a new solution to meet the needs of IULM students and staff: the Evolved Packed Lunch. Ordering is easy: just download the TIRistoriAMO application and follow the instructions provided here. You can pay for the packed lunch by credit card when you make your reservation, or you can pay for it directly at the pick-up, using any form of payment (Ticket, DSU card, Cash, Bancomat). The packed lunch will be collected between 12.30pm and 2.00 at the YUM! Bar located in IULM 1

In order to access the bar and the canteen, students must always wear a mask and respect the spacing and floor markings.
Lunches brought from home can only be eaten inside the classroom or in the spaces indicated by staff.

Library

Students wishing to study in the Library may do so by prior booking in time slots of two hours each, to allow for the sanitization of workstations and rooms between one time slot and the next. Please note that access to the Reading Room, on the 1st floor of IULM 1, is therefore allowed from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. (in the appointment form the slots will be 9-11 a.m. / 11.30 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. / 2.00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.: you can book more than one slot). Click here to book your slot
