IULM has a strict policy addressing women’s applications, acceptance, entry, and participation at the university.
In fact, Università IULM - through its admissions policy and recruitment strategy - is committed to ensuring gender equality among its student population and staff. These actions are also promoted by the official Gender Equality Plan and the University Code of Ethics
