Enrolment renewal procedures for second and third year courses. Bachelor’s and master’s degree courses academic year 2020/2021

Online applications for enrolment on SECOND and THIRD YEAR BACHELOR’S DEGREE COURSES and SECOND YEAR MASTER’S DEGREE COURSES for the academic year 2020/2021 must be submitted from 3 August to 18 September 2020 with payment of the first instalment to be made no later than 18 September 2020.

It is possible to renew enrolment through the reserved area in the IULM University online services, under “Enrolments”. On applying for enrolment, students must read the Regulations for university fees and contributions for the academic year 2020/2021 for students enrolled in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses. Students renewing enrolment in 2nd and 3rd year courses who wish to be allocated different contribution bands from the previous year must fill in the ISEE form online between 1 July and 31 October 2020. As the allocation of the contribution band is limited exclusively to the academic year of enrolment, the declaration must be submitted ANNUALLY.

The enrolment fee and contributions are payable in three instalments:

FIRST INSTALMENT: by 18 September 2020. The MAV payment slip will be issued on receipt of the application for enrolment.
SECOND INSTALMENT: by 14 December 2020 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated). The MAV payment slip must be printed out by the student using the online services from 1 December 2020.
THIRD INSTALMENT: by 31 March 2021 (the amount will vary according to the contribution band allocated). The MAV payment slip must be printed out by the student using the online services from 8 February 2021 (beginning of 2nd semester lessons).

Enrolment will only be confirmed once notification of complete payment of the first instalment of the fees and contributions has been received from the Bank. Any late payment will incur a penalty of €50 for single payments up to €3,000, and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. In addition, all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked.

“FUORI CORSO” ENROLMENTS FOR ALL BACHELOR’S AND MASTER’S DEGREE COURSES

Applications for enrolment in years classified as “FUORI CORSO” (Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses) for the academic year 2020/2021 must be submitted from 3 August 2020 to 28 February 2021. It is also possible in this case to carry out the procedure through the reserved area in the IULM University online services, under “Enrolments”.

The enrolment fee and contributions must be paid in a single instalment using the MAV payment slip issued on receipt of the application for enrolment for the academic year 2020/2021. Enrolment will only be confirmed once notification of full payment of the enrolment fee and contributions has been received from the Bank.

Any late payment will incur a penalty of €50 for single payments up to €3,000, and a penalty of €100 for higher amounts. In addition, all teaching and administrative activities will be blocked.
