Corporate narratives: how strategic communication is changing the game for companies in Italy
Tuesday, October 22, 6 p.m.
Sala dei 146 (IULM 6), IULM University - Via Carlo Bo 1, Milan
How are the corporate narratives of leading Italian companies born and how are they articulated?
This is the question answered by a research conducted by CECOMS - Center for Strategic Communication of IULM University in collaboration with the strategic corporate storytelling company Bea - Be a Media Company, entitled "Strategy and corporate narratives in Italian companies."
The research was curated by Stefania Romenti, coordinator of CECOMS and Full Professor of Strategic communication and sustainability at IULM University, and Luciano Massa, an expert in corporate and strategic communication, and will be presented on Tuesday, October 22 at 6 p.m. in IULM's Sala dei 146.
The research was carried out through a series of in-depth interviews with several communication managers of Italian companies of various scales. The strategic narrative process, organizational models, measurement methods and future vision were explored in depth. The picture that emerges is that of a growing importance of corporate narratives that enhance the organization as a 'single corpus' rather than individual brands. This is an integrated approach that makes it possible to use all existing touchpoints and open channels of conversation with very diverse audiences.
The presentation of the research will be followed by a panel discussion to be attended by top managers from the world of communication.
Participants will include:
- Alessandra Bianco, Corporate Communication Director, Lavazza Group & Sole Director, Lavazza Eventi
- Matteo Lessi, Director Corporate Communication, Teddy
with moderation by Marco Bardazzi, Founder and Editor in Chief of BEA.
Free admission with reservations required by writing to [email protected].
