From corporate communication to international journalism: two meetings in the "Public and Political Communication" course

Two appointments to explore, with a deepening look, the role of communication in the global context

The Public and Political Communication course, taught by Professor Alberto Mingardi, will host two major players in the world of international communication and journalism.

On April 16, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Baridon Hall, Simone Bemporad, Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer of Assicurazioni Generali, will give a lecture entitled: "Communication and Advocacy for a Global Company."

On May 5, from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. in Room 401, it will be the turn of Bill Emmott, writer, consultant and former editor of The Economist weekly magazine (1993-2006), with a lecture titled: "My four decades writing about the political economy of globalization."
A simultaneous translation service will be available for the occasion.
