Internal Communication in Italian Companies: The New CERC-IULM Report on July 1
From artificial intelligence to the role of employees as ambassadors, the new report from CERC—the Center for Employee Relations and Communication at IULM University—provides a snapshot of the evolution of internal communication in Italian organizations. The findings will be presented on July 1 at IULM University.
On July 1, 2026, IULM University will host the presentation of the Report on Internal Communication in Italian Companies, produced by CERC – Center for Employee Relations and Communication.
The event will provide an opportunity for academic researchers and industry professionals to discuss the major changes currently shaping the world of internal communication: digitalization, hybrid work, artificial intelligence, employee engagement, and new forms of organizational participation.
During the meeting, the findings of the 2026 edition of the study will be presented, which updates and expands upon the results of the first edition conducted in 2019. The study was conducted by the CERC’s Employee Communication 2025–2026 Working Group through a survey of 115 Italian companies, interviews with industry experts, dialogues between academics and professionals, and an analysis of national and international industry reports.
