Title: Fashion and Sustainability: current situation and future challenges
Guest: Enrica Arena - Co-Founder Orange Fiber
Moderator: Mauro Ferraresi

What does sustainability mean for the fashion industry? How has the pandemic impacted on this trend? In the last several years the fashion world has started a path of sustainable transition that touches various themes: the origin of raw materials, the condition of the workers who produce them, the inclusion and diversification of aesthetic reference models, the care for the environment during the production processes, the recycling and reuse of discarded clothes and many others.
Technology and communication play a fundamental role so that all of this can happen, grow and develop in the best way possible.
The Orange Fiber case, a company that patented and manufactures the first sustainable fabric from citrus juice by-products, will help us to better understand this phenomenon.
