IULM and sustainable mobility: a concrete commitment to the environment

IULM University is strongly committed to promoting responsible mobility, in line with its 2025–2027 Strategic Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda.

To reduce the environmental impact of daily commutes to the University, IULM has appointed a University Mobility Manager and, since July 2025, has developed and adopted the first “Home-Work-University Travel Plan (PSCL-U)”.

The Plan is based on an analysis of the travel habits of students, teachers and technical-administrative staff and defines concrete actions to encourage the use of public transport, bicycles and shared mobility services. The aim is to reduce private traffic, cut CO₂ emissions and improve the quality of life in the neighbourhood.
