CURRENT POSITION:
Associate Professor in Management.
Previously she held the same position at the Department of Management at Aarhus University, Denmark.
She is member of the Scientific Committee and Senior Project Leader of the Centre for Employee Relations and Communication at IULM University.
She is member of the Editorial Board of European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management and of Journal of International Crisis and Risk Communication Research.
She served as vice-chair from 2016 to 2022 for the Crisis Communication Section of ECREA (European Communication Research and Education Association).
Among her research awards, she received the award as "Outstanding Paper Award Winner in the 2018 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence" for the article Strategic Organizational Discourse and Framing in Hypermodal Spaces and the award as “Highly Commended Paper Award Winner in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence” for the article Exploring internal crisis communication in multicultural environments, both published in Corporate Communications: An International Journal.
