In the second term 2018/19: Thursday at 15.00.IULM 4 - 2nd floor - office N.4218He graduated in Sociology with a degree in "Communication and Mass Media" from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" where he also obtained a PhD in Communication Sciences under the tutelage of Prof. Alberto Abruzzese. He has taught Sociology at the IED in Rome, Audio-visual Communication at the Link-Campus University of Malta and Fashion Organization at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". More recently, he has taught Media and critical Studies and Political Communication at the American Franklin University of Switzerland and Digital media&marketing at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan. He was editorial director of the scientific magazine C:Cube. Culture:Communication:Consumption and has carried out a research funded by the CNR on "Made in Italy as a metabrand". At IULM, he began teaching Social Change and Cultural Consumption, while he currently teaches Media Sociology and Policies for Culture. He has carried out lecturing and visiting activities at major international research centers including the Graduate Center of the CUNY, the Waseda University of Tokyo and the ECA/USP of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is the author of numerous books in Italian and articles/contributions published in the USA, UK, Brazil, Russia, Germany, France, Spain. In 2012, he obtained the National Scientific Qualification for the functions of Associate Professor.
