Federico Badaloni is a journalist and he is in charge of the User Experience Design and Graphic Design areas of GEDI editorial group. The User Experience Design area defines the ontology, the taxonomy and the choreography of digital services and products. The Graphic Design area works on front end definition and implementation.
Badaloni founded the Information Architecture and User Experience Design executive master in 2015 at the IULM University of Milan. He has carried out regular teaching activities at the LUISS University, the Pontifical Lateran University and he teaches digital journalism in refresher courses for journalists. He was a member of the consultancy think-tank of the Rai General Management in 2016. He collaborates on a regular basis with various magazines and has published the essays: Functional Design, collaborative design for digital products and services, in 2020 and Communication Architecture, designing the new information ecosystems, published in 2016. He was president of Architecta, the Italian association of information architects in 2013-2014. He has a degree in Literature with a demo-ethno-anthropological address.
