Cristina Dosio Morozzi: two years of architecture in Florence, degree in philosophy in Florence, specialization in psychology at the Policlinico in Milan (Prof. Cesa Bianchi). Research activity in the field of piscolinguistics with the CNR of Rome. She moved to Milan, where she started her journalistic career as a collaborator of the technical fashion monthly Gap Italia. Then a full-time freelance journalist for design, fashion, furniture, science, business and current affairs newspapers. Progressive specialization in the field of design. Concept and organization of exhibitions: Neodesign-October 1996; Neoarte in collaboration with Franco Bolelli in March 1987 (Milanovendemoda); I modi del design at the Triennale di Milano in 1987 and then in Dusseldorf in 1988; Immobili- 1989; I meraviglianti-1991; Totem domestici-1992) at La mia casa di Milano. Room with view with Karim Azzabi in Abitare il tempo di Verona in 1993 and Ecoway with Serena Omodeo in Abitare il tempo in 1995. (Mondadori) from 1997 to 2010. She was head of design for Flair Living, a monthly lifestyle magazine (Mondadori). She has been co-author of MFF magazine (fashion) and MFL (living). She has been collaborator of The Plan, a quarterly architecture magazine, correspondent of Intramuros (France) and Experimenta (Spain) and collaborator of Affari&Finanza. (Repubblica) She is a collaborator of Interni, of Esquire and chief editor of the blog The moodboarders.
Author of contributions to numerous books on design and exhibition catalogues, she has held conferences on design in Italy and abroad. She has lectured on design and fashion design at the Domus Academy in Milan. She has been a consultant for special projects related to the art of Staff International (clothing manufacturer); commissioner of the design section at the 2000 Turin Youth Biennial. Consul (assistant to the curator) of the First Biennial of Applied Arts in Matera "Mater-Materia".
Curator of the exhibition "Archizoom now" at the Museum of Design in Lisbon as part of Experimenta, the first Biennale of Portuguese design (1999). Consultant of Pitti image of Florence, has curated, among other things, the installations "Clothes-Habitation" by Lucy Orta (January 2000), "Furnishing the body-Clothing space" by Bless (June 2000) "In transparency" (January 2001), Artagrumi, an installation made with orange maps by the French artist Stephane Marcault (June 2001), "Casaderme" (January 200), the house that breathes, an installation by Matali Crasset in Lycra . With Giovanna Talocci he curated the exhibition Water bar at Abitare il Tempo in Verona. (October 2001) Curator of the exhibition of applied arts "Torino 1902-2002 Le manifatture aristocratiche (Torino December 2002/February 2003) She was professor of design theory at the Ecole Cantonale d'art de Lausanne.) until June 2012 Ideator and curator of Pitti Living, a new concept fair dedicated to accessories (fashion and design) for living (Milan, April 2004, 2005 and April 2006). She conceived and was art director of the Coincasadesign collection from 2007 to 2010, honorable mention at the Golden Compass 2011. Together with Stefania Ricci he curated the exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the brand: "Salvatore Ferragamo Evolving legend, 1928-2008" (March 28 Moca of Shanghai and from September 23 to November 9 at the Triennale di Milano, 2008). In 2009 he curated "The sensitive soul of things" at the Triennale Design Museum.
She was art director of the design brand Skitsch until December 2012. She was the coordinator of the design group of the Altagamma Foundation (2010-2013) for which she curated the photographic exhibition and related volume Italian Contemporary Excellence , (Shanghai, Milan, 2013). She was director of education from 2014 to 2016 at the Istituto Marangoni design in Milan, for which she is currently an international brand ambassador for fashion and design campuses. In 2018, she curated with the art direction of Stefano Giovannoni the exhibition in Seoul (Korea) Luna Park Design Island dedicated to playful design and in 2019 Leonardo Horse Project for the Milan Racecourse.
