Giuseppe Bianchi (L'Aquila, 1972) is an Italian director and documentary filmmaker.
After studying communication in Rome, he moved to Milan where he began working for television in the second half of the 1990s, in the midst of the transition from the analogue era (betacam) to the digital era (mini-dv), in the initial phase of the technological revolution that continues to this day and that has viscerally changed television and the way it is made. He often alternates the profession of director with that of video-reporter and documentary filmmaker.
In recent years, he has started to deal mainly with talent shows, both as an author (Xfactor, MasterChef) and as a director (School in Action, The Apprentice, Bake Off).
