CURRENT POSITION
Giovanni Baiocchetti is contract holder for official course in Geography of Tourism Policies and Innovation at IULM University in Milan. He received his PhD in geography from the University of Milan, completing his studies with research periods at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Gran Sasso Science Institute. He conducts research at the University of Bergamo and is an adjunct lecturer in political and economic geography at the University of Milan.

Spatial development, with particular attention to policies for the enhancement of local heritages; territorial innovation processes, with particular attention to the role of universities and cultural institutions; geography of tourism, with particular attention to new forms of sustainable tourism; regional resilience; administrative geography
