Blended Programmes

The Erasmus+ 2021-27 programme has identified new priorities for universities including the full implementation of digital technologies, the development of digital skills and the innovation of teaching through the combination of physical mobility, online learning and interactive teaching. The aim is the development of mobility models that are more flexible thus allowing more students to participate and be included in international experiences.

The Erasmus Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) are a typical example of such innovative models.
BIPs combine short-term physical mobility with a virtual component and let participants to work on a common project within a multicultural inter-university team. Activities can take place at partner universities or at IULM (Internationalisation at home).

Since 2022 IULM University has been promoting several Blended Programme opportunities.
