For all students
1. Assessment of eligibility requirements for Bachelor’s degree courses
Submit your application on apply.iulm.it for an assessment of your qualifications, attaching the following documents:
● High school diploma in original language (if already available)
● Certificate of examinations taken with marks in the original language covering the entire high school academic programme
● Certificates of language knowledge at level B2 (Italian/English)
● Passport
● CV
● Letter of reference in Italian or English
● Motivational letter in Italian or English
● National academic eligibility test (YKS, Selectividad, ENEM, Gao Kao, etc.) where applicable

2. Confirmation of eligibility
In order to assess your eligibility, you will be required to make a payment of 50 euros. Once payment has been received, IULM University will reply to you within 13 working days with confirmation that you meet the requirements and that you can take the admission test for your chosen Bachelor's Degree Course.
3. Test enrolment
Once you have received confirmation of your eligibility, you can take the online admission test. If you pass the test, you will receive confirmation of your admission by email.
4. Enrolment
You can formalise your application for enrolment by connecting to the University’s Online Services.
5. Payment
To confirm your enrolment you will have to proceed with the payment of the first instalment. You can find all the information on how to pay here.
The payment of the first instalment made to confirm your enrolment can only be refunded if, as a non-EU citizen resident abroad, you do not obtain a study visa from the Embassy, Consulate or other Diplomatic mission.
Only if you are a non-EU citizen not resident in Italy:
1. You will receive the official letter of acceptance required for your study visa application
2. You will have to submit an application for pre-enrolment to obtain a study visa through the Universitaly platform (by the month of June).
Deadlines
Students with non-EU citizenship and not resident in Italy can submit their application for assessment of their qualifications, subject to availability of places for the course in which they are interested, by 26 April 2024.
