IULM Food Academy: a series of workshops to stay well in the age of artificial intelligence
A series of meetings open to the public to explore the relationship between artificial intelligence, nutrition, sports and wellness.
How is our relationship with food, body and well-being changing in the age of artificial intelligence? These questions are answered by "Being Well in the Age of Artificial Intelligence. Diet, sport and neuromarketing," the new series of workshops sponsored by IULM Food Academy and scientifically directed by Nicola Sorrentino.
The course, open to students, enthusiasts and the curious without the need for technical expertise, offers a journey between the present and the future to explore how AI is revolutionizing everyday health: from personalized diets to wearables that monitor performance and movement, to algorithms that influence consumption choices and psychophysical well-being.
Through concrete examples, critical reflections and moments of discussion with the audience, the cycle offers an informed and positive look at the opportunities of innovation applied to the quality of life.
