Rossella Cerea appointed president of IULM Food Academy: a new alliance between training, nutrition education and wellness
Rossella Cerea is the new President of IULM Food Academy, the IULM University Academy dedicated to the promotion of food culture, popularization and nutritional awareness, under the scientific direction of Professor Nicola Sorrentino.
Under the chairmanship of Rossella Cerea, an expression of Italian excellence in hospitality and fine dining from the founding family of Da Vittorio, three Michelin stars,IULM Food Academystrengthens its positioning as a connecting space between training, food education and wellness.
Over time, IULM University has developed an integrated ecosystem positioned at the intersection of communication, food, culture, neuroscience and research.
Through a model that integrates training, research, wellness and social impact, the University is configured as a reference hub for Food Communication, Consumer Insight andnutrition education. This approach translates into consolidated educational offerings, collaboration with the business system and territory, and the development of activities open to citizenship, in line with the University's Third Mission.
