A new solution for the lunch break
Given the delicate situation we are all experiencing and considering the rules and recommendations on correct habits to prevent the possibility of Covid-19 infection, Pellegrini Spa, the company that provides catering services in our University, has come up with a new solution to meet the needs of IULM students and staff: the Evolved Packed Lunch.
The menu includes sandwiches, large salads, one-course meals, main and second courses, prepared daily. The recipes are specially conceived by the Executive Chef of the Pellegrini Academy and appropriately balanced in terms of nutrition. There is also a gluten free and vegetarian alternative.
Ordering is easy: just download the TIRistoriAMO application, scan the QR code below, register by going to the "Prenota consumazioni" page and choose a dish from the extensive menu on offer. This operation can also be done through the web portal, through the site: https://iulm.pellegrinicloud.it
The types of menu to choose from are the following
- Italian Style Menu: Main course + Second course + Bread + Fruit + Water
- Smart Menu: Single course + Bread + Fruit + Water
- Big salad menu: Big salad + Bread + Fruit + Water
- Gourmet sandwich menu: Gourmet sandwich + Fruit + Yogurt + Water
Reservations must be made by 10.00 am on the day of consumption.

Payment can be made while booking, by credit card or, directly at the time of collection, by any form of payment (Ticket, DSU card, Cash, Bancomat)
The packed lunch will be picked up between 12.30 and 13.30 at the "YUM!" Bar in IULM 1
Once collected, it is advisable to eat the meal within an hour or, alternatively, within the day if stored at a temperature between 0 and +4°C.
The Foodie Canteen in IULM 3 and Bar YUM! in IULM 1 reopen on Monday February 8th, with the following opening times:
- BAR YUM! - Opening hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm
The usual cafeteria service is guaranteed, with the possibility of eating at tables that are properly spaced and sanitized after each use; lunch service with a choice of assorted sandwiches, pizzas and salads.
- FOODIE UNIVERSITY RESTAURANT- Opening hours from 12:00am to 2:00pm
Three menu options: Traditional Menu (with main courses, second courses and hot side dishes) - Salad Express Menu (where customers can compose their own salad with ingredients of their choice) - Fast Food Menu (with roast chicken and kebab dishes).
