IULM University hosts L'Oréal for the Future Day 2025
The event will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025
On May 13, 2025, IULM University will host the fourth edition of "L'Oréal for the Future Day," a major event dedicated to sustainability, innovation and the responsible transformation of the production system.
The event, promoted by L'Oréal Italia in collaboration with StartupItalia, was created as a platform for dialogue between businesses, institutions, the academic community and the younger generation on some of the great environmental and social challenges of our time.
The choice of IULM as the venue for the 2025 edition is appropriate. For years the University has been promoting a development model that integrates environmental sustainability, social responsibility and cultural innovation. Through research projects, educational activities and awareness-raising initiatives, the University is committed to building a campus that is increasingly attentive to its environmental impact and to forming conscious citizens who are protagonists of change. Attention to issues related to climate, biodiversity, equity and collective well-being is transferred into concrete actions and a long-term vision, shared by the entire IULM community.
The event represents a further opportunity to strengthen the dialogue between the academic and corporate worlds, and to offer students a space for comparison with realities that are rethinking their models in a sustainable key.
The day's program includes, in the morning, a panel open to the public with guests from the world of business, research and innovation. In the afternoon, a lectio magistralis reserved for university students is scheduled, given by a L'Oréal top management executive.
The event will take place in Sala dei 146 (IULM 6) at 10:45 a.m. and will also be accessible via live streaming, to encourage the participation of the widest possible audience.
The full program will be available soon.
The event is part of the Badge of Honour activities for all three-year and master's students of the Faculty of Communication and Arts (maximum 30 people). Participation in the event corresponds to the completion of 1 of the 4 activities (for students enrolled in master's degree programs) and 1 of the 6 activities (for students enrolled in bachelor's degree programs) required to earn the badge of honor point.
