IULM at Teatro alla Scala to present video celebrating 80 years of Italian entertainment
On Saturday, December 6, at Teatro alla Scala, Rector Valentina Garavaglia will speak together with AGIS President Francesco Giambrone and Superintendent Fortunato Ortombina to present the celebratory video AGIS80, created by the IULM University video team - Lorenzo Mosna, Emanuele Prestileo, Anna Claudia Bassani - with the contribution of students from the Degree Courses in Communication, Media and Advertising and in Television, Cinema and New Media.
The film, a tribute to the plurality of the Italian entertainment world, will be screened on December 7, the anniversary of the founding of AGIS, in participating theaters and cinemas throughout Italy.
Within the same path is the initiative that took place on December 3, in the IULM pole in Rome: the presentation of the volume "Theater Education at School," promoted by ARTI - Association of Italian Theater Networks and INDIRE - National Institute for Documentation Innovation Educational Research, as part of the AGIS80 celebrations. A moment of discussion on the educational value of theater.
The 80th anniversary celebrations saw IULM play a leading role in two institutional steps of particular importance:
- the meeting at the Quirinale with President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. Read the news.
