Digital Innovation in Italian Real Estate - State of the Art and Future Trends
A research study by IULM University's CECOMS Center for Strategic Communication, in collaboration with Wisdomtree, to be presented at IULM on Tuesday, April 15.
In Italy and around the world, digitization is transforming the real economy and investment opportunities. The "new economy" is characterized by the growing role of blockchain, among other factors. Real estate, one of the most traditional paradigms of the old economy, is also undergoing transformation.
To delve into this topic, the Center for Strategic Communication CECOMS of IULM University conducted the research "Digital Innovation in the Italian Real Estate Sector - State of the Art and Future Trends" which reveals that the Italian real estate sector is at a critical juncture in its digital transformation path.
The research, carried out in collaboration with Wisdomtree and Dr. Giorgia Trabucco, will be presented on Tuesday, April 15 from 5 p.m. in Aula Seminari (IULM 1 - 6th floor). The event will be an opportunity to assess the current state of the art of digitization implementation in the sector, identify areas of application of blockchain technology and tokenization, and finally, reflect on the digital maturity index in the real estate sector.
The research will be presented by Prof. Stefania Romenti, professor of Strategic Communication at IULM University, along with Antonio Sidoti, Head of Southern Europe Sales at WisdomTree.
