"Graduation Thesis" Week

Students - 02 October 2023

"How do I choose a thesis topic?" "How do I write it?" "I have blank page block: what do I do?" Also, "Is it better to do a thesis in the library or in the field?" Or, "What should I do to avoid getting anxiety attacks in front of the committee?"

The answers to all these questions will come during the "Graduation Thesis" week seminars offered to students and undergraduates of all courses. The seminars aim to:

  • summarize in a practical way strategies and ways to find the information we need for the thesis, and how to best communicate it;
  • consolidate the main skills of organizing time and priorities in work management;
  • promote specific competence in the field of written communication;
  • develop effective expository and argumentative communication techniques, with special emphasis on science dissemination.

The seminars are aimed primarily at students in the third year of the Bachelor's degree and the second year of the Master's degree, but will also be open to students in earlier years.

Here are the upcoming dates:

  • October 18th, 2023 — 10.30-12.30 am (Aula Mike Bongiorno)  «Graduation, my first professional challenge! How to be effective and organized» held by Prof. Micheletto.
