In 2012, he graduated from the University of Bologna with a thesis on Copyright and Open Source.

During his forensic practice, he approached the world of communication. He first followed the course in Entertainment Law at Altalex, then the course in Communication at ENFAP.

In 2014, he won the scholarship of Google and Unioncamere thanks to which he worked as a digital communication consultant for SMEs of the Chamber of Commerce of Forlì, helping them to go online. During that experience, he met the people with whom he contributed a few months later to the creation of Whead, a network of digital professionals, of which he is a partner.

In 2015, he moved to Brussels where he obtained an LL.M in IP and ICT Law, exploring the issues of the law of new technologies. He continued to work on these issues thanks to a work experience in the European Parliament, focused on the European Copyright Reform, and one at EDRi, the NGO European Digital Rights that deals with the protection of the fundamental rights of citizens online.

Since 2016, he has been writing regularly for a number of European political newspapers about copyright, privacy, data protection and media. He wrote and writes on CheFuturo!, AgendaDigitale.eu, AGI, StartupItalia! <font face="Microsoft Sans Serif" color="#ffff00">Motherboard. Wired.it.
