Davide Preti is a freelance filmmaker and visual journalist.
He’s focused on documenting the consequences of war and humanitarian crises, human rights and social inequalities.
Since 2009 he reported the ‘coup d’etat' in Honduras; the migration crisis in Ceuta and inside the 'jungle' of Calais; the liberation war in northern Iraq; the Rohingya humanitarian crisis in Bangladesh; the civil war in Cameroon and the daily life in the Gaza Strip.
In 2020 he focused his attention on the Covdi-19 pandemic in Italy.
His reports have been published on Corriere della Sera, Internazionale, Al Jazeera English, ABC Australia.
