After graduating from high school, he graduated in 2001 in Business Economics from the University of Castellanza - LIUC, with a mark of 110/110 with honours and in 2002 he obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Public Utilities at the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan, with a mark of 110/110 with honors.
He is a chartered accountant and auditor. He is a member of the European Accounting Association (EAA). He is a member of the permanent study committee "Crisis management and bankruptcy procedures" set up by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and is part of the RAID project "Network of support to companies in difficulty" between the Lombardy Region and the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
He is a member of the Società Italiana di Studi Concorsuali (S.I.S.C.O.) and of the Turnaround Management Association Italia. He mainly deals with: a) crisis management, restructuring, turnaround, assistance to external growth through acquisitions of other companies (M&A) b) strategic advice and performance efficiency c) assistance to private customers, with specific attention to issues of asset protection, family business planning, succession plans and family agreements.
He holds the position of insolvency administrator, commissioner and judicial liquidator at the Court of Milan.
He performs the function of auditor and auditor at various Italian companies.
