In 2017, he was the organizer, together with Prof. Gabriele Bizzarri, of the international conference: "2666, 650 years before: the place of a contemporary classic", University of Padua, 6-8 April 2017.
In 2014, he was the organizer, together with prof. Simone Celani and Marco Ramazzotti, of the conference: "The translated sign. Ideas, images, words in transit", Sapienza University of Rome, 11-12 December 2014.
In 2007, he won the "Leone Traverso" award for the best first work in the "Città di Monselice" translation award, with the translation of Pietra di sole by Octavio Paz.
