SIMONE CROLLA has been the Managing Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy ("AmCham," the "American Confindustria in Italy") since April 2009. Founded in 1915, AmCham is a nonprofit organization aimed at facilitating the development of economic and political relations between the United States and Italy.
Since September 2022, he has been Co-Founder and President of Haizum, an institutional relations consulting firm for entities active on the Transatlantic Axis. In addition, since 2018 he has been Advisor to the main shareholders of Walgreens Boots Alliance on issues concerning institutional relations and business development, supporting the Italian development of the Group both from an institutional and strategic point of view.
Regarding his presence within Boards of Directors, since April 2019 he has been a member of the Board of Tesmec S.p.A. (BIT: TES), a company listed on the STAR segment, as an independent Director.
