Paola Chiesa worked from 1987 to 1999 at Young & Rubicam (at that time the third largest advertising agency in Italy and the first worldwide), where she managed with increasing responsibility the relationship with the customer and the drafting of the communication strategy. In particular, she worked for Comit, Colgate Palmolive, Aranciata San Pellegrino, Averna, San Bitter, Telefunken, Danone, Mulino Bianco and for a period she was responsible for the new business, winning the tender for the award of Mulino Bianco Essere and Telecom.
When he decided to leave the company, he was Group Account Director and headed the working group that managed Barilla's entire advertising communications budget and that which developed advertising communications for Simmenthal (then a key brand of the multinational Kraft). As a founding partner and managing director of more agile structures, she has also offered marketing and communication consultancy to some of the most important national and international clients, such as Labello, Nivea, Lindt, Barilla, Samsung, Armani, Luxottica, Swarovski, Diesel, Illva Saronno, Lego, Kraft, having the opportunity to know the needs of brands in different growth and market situations.
Since 1999 he has been teaching at the Masters at the IED European Institute of Design and collaborates with the course in Advertising Communication Techniques in Iulm as a contract lecturer. He also deals with training in the company, with particular attention to soft skills.
She is co-author of a blog - www.trampolinodilancio.com - dedicated to young talents who want to enter or improve their position in the world of marketing and communication.
He is currently a marketing and communication consultant with his company Chiesa Consulting and Business Development Manager in Media Arts, a leading company in marketing oriented projects in schools, where he can use his skills on how to communicate with young people.
