Main professional and research experiences
He currently teaches Tourism Psychology at the Degree Course in Tourism: Culture and Territory Development and Audiovisual Communication Psychology, Effective Communication Techniques Laboratory and Public Speaking Laboratory; he collaborates with the courses in Consumer Psychology and Psychology and Organisational Development Techniques (since 2004); he teaches and collaborates in different Master's degrees; he is didactic director and scientific coordinator for the University Master's Course in Health Management for Coordination Functions (MASA) (7th edition) since 2009.
Since 2000, he has been teaching and training in the academic, organisational and educational fields. He is a Professional Coach with ICF International Coach Federation ACSTH diploma and AICP Italian Association of Professional Coach.
Member of the University Quality Presidium of the IULM University (from 2013 to 2017).
Coordinator responsible for the research "Inno-Tal. Talents for global innovation and professionalization", IULM University and Cariplo Foundation (from 2012 to 2015).
Professor of Consumer Psychology and Psychology of Economic Behaviour and Consumption at the University Bicocca (Milan) in 2012/13.
Research fellow for the Calipse project "Nutritional behaviour in multicultural contexts. A psychosocial study of decision-making processes" by the IULM University (from 2011 to 2013).
Organizing Committee Chair of the 5th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Child and Teen Consumption (CTC) held at the IULM University of Milan from 11 to 14 December 2012.
Adjunct Professor of Consumer Psychosocial Research Methodology at IULM University in Feltre in 2006/07.
Research fellow for the project "Processes of constructing identities and personal and social roles in consumer behaviour: the symbolic dynamic", IULM University in 2002/04.
Between 2001/02 and 2003/04, he was scientific co-head for the Research of Significant National Interest entitled "Membership, leadership and conflicts: bullying in interpersonal and social relationships" (2001) and "Processes of identification and dynamics of values" (2002) conducted for the MIUR at the University Ca' Foscari (Venice).
In 2000/02, he taught online at the course of Psychology of Interpersonal Relations at SISS Veneto School of Specialization for Interactive Training of Teachers of Secondary School (Venice).
Studies and training
Professional Coaching Program, diploma ICF International Coach Federation ACSTH (USA) and AICP Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti, obtained in 2018 from InCoaching®.
PhD in Human Interactions: Consumer Psychology, Behavior and Communication at the IULM University of Milan (2011) in collaboration with the Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens, France) with the thesis: Evaluations and Imperfect Choices in the Face of Money. Prospects of decision making scenarios in experts and laymen beyond the Bounded Rationality Theory (vote: Excellent with praise / Mention très honorable with unanimous jury félicitations).
In 2008, he was awarded the title of Master in Philosophy and Sciences Humaines et Sociales by the Université de Picardie Jules Verne of Amiens.
Graduated in 2006 in Social and Labour Psychological Sciences at the University of Padua and in 2000 in Philosophical Letters at the University Ca' Foscari of Venice.
In 2005, he followed the MEF Master for Experts in training processes and organizational and relational development (ISMO) in the laboratories "Leadership and innovation" and "Individuals, groups, institutions" and in 2004 the HRD Master for Experts in group work in organizations (AIDP) in the laboratory "Development of the person in organizations".

Passions
Pianist and leader in several jazz formations including the established Minimax Jazz Ensemble and Frankie Back From Hollywood, he is the author of the series of lessons-concert Jazz. A black and white story© and has recorded as co-founder of the Upperground Orchestra the records Solaris Eremit and Collide (Morphine Records, 2008) and Room 310 (meakusma, 2010).
Creator and founder of [email protected]è, literary café of the IULM University of Feltre, he is a lover of travel and meetings, cultural, gastronomic and convivial. Sailing and rowing on traditional boats of the Venetian lagoon where he lives.
Main areas of scientific interest
The distinctive course of studies as well as the professional and research activities have always been supported and motivated by a deep interest in Human Sciences and in the applications of Psychology in educational, pedagogical and andragogic fields. In particular, he is engaged in research and training activities that involve a trans-metodological, multidisciplinary and multicultural perspective on the themes of decision-making processes and symbolic meanings of money; social and work psychology; dynamics in working groups, classroom management and organization of training events; motivation, communication and interpersonal relations, management of leadership and membership, mobbing; methodology of academic and professional research.
A particular sensitivity for action learning methods, the dynamic aspect of the classroom approach and his eclectic interests allow him to highlight, on the one hand, the deep dynamics of individual and group behaviour in social and professional environments and, on the other hand, the motivations, beliefs and attitudes of each one towards the Other.

Member of CICAP (from 2015).
