Currently tenure track researcher in Business economics and management. I got the national scientific qualification as associate professor.
I hold the master’s degree in urban planning at the University of Florence in the 2015. In the same year I started the Ph.D. in Management at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa focusing her research on sustainability management.
The research lines are focused on the sustainability of public and private companies. In particular, the implementation of the 2030 Agenda locally and by businesses or cooperatives are the topics on which I conduct both theoretical and empirical research.
The implemented research is characterized by its multidisciplinary nature, incorporating themes related to regionalism. In this sense, the territorial and socio-economic effects resulting from the presence of companies that adopt sustainable practices are topics of interest.
For businesses, the implications of the research primarily concern the integration of medium- to long-term sustainability strategies and systems for social and non-financial reporting.
The sectors under observation are mainly food and sports.
The topics described, which are constantly updated from a regulatory perspective, are the areas in which I plan to continue my research, aiming to develop the aspects that make the integration of sustainability a competitive advantage for businesses.
