RESEARCH LINES:
Ph.D. in Psychology of Health and Quality of Life, I deal with issues related to Work and Organizational Psychology, and to Consumer Psychology, with particular reference to the application in the Third Sector, in line with the SSD M-PSI/06. These themes and the applied methodologies are intertwined with research lines connected to Neuromarketing and Neuromanagement for companies and workers. Following several training courses, of which the most important were at the University of Utrecht, I perfected and implemented specialized skills in quali-quantitative analysis and psychometrics.
Other research interests include the following topics:
- positive psychology with particular attention to the themes of flow, flow at work, flow in consumer experience, passion and recovery;
- motivation (work and consumption);
- use of technology and consumption / life and work;
- internal and external communication;
- job crafting;
- work-life balance;
- career and job satisfaction;
- organization training;
- professional orientation.
