He has directed national research projects on issues concerning the relationship between emotions, decisions and food consumption behaviour. Rector's Delegate for the Expo2015 projects and for the Research Evaluation of the IULM University.
Co-author of one of the most widely used manuals on Consumer Psychology (published in second reprint by Mcgraw-Hill), and Neuromarketing (published with FrancoAngeli) On the themes of food consumption and neuromarketing, he has published theoretical and research contributions in Frontiers in Neuroengineering, in Food Quality and Preference; Journal of Global Information Management, in European Journal of Information Systems, in Food Quality and Preference, in Resource Man, and in the Series of Psychology, Consumption and McGraw-Hill Society.
SCIENTIFIC DIRECTORATES OF OBSERVERS AND RESEARCH LABORATORIES
- Since 2003 she has been coordinating the project of Customer Satisfaction Surveying in Milan hospitals (San Paolo, Policlinico, Pini, Besta, FatebeneFratelli and Niguarda). This activity involves the development of advice on organisational change on group dynamics, customer management and organisational processes.
- Scientific Coordinator of the neuroscientific research center on consumption and neuromarketing "Brain and Behavior LabIULM", in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston (prof. Riccardo Barbieri);
- Scientific Director of the Observatory on "Food Consumption" of the IULM University Foundation coordinating the work of a group of professors of the IULM University (including ordinary and associated) - since 2007;

- Member of the Scientific Committee of the Istituto Superiore per Direttori d'Azienda e Imprenditori ISIDA of Palermo, for the planning of training activities, with the specific task of evaluating aspects related to the area of human resources management. The Scientific Committee is chaired by Prof. E. Sgroi (former director of the School for Public Administration in Rome) From March 07, 2005 - 2012).
From 2005 to 2006, with the appointment of the Magnifico Rettore, he was a member of the Scientific Coordination Group for the design and evaluation of the Specialist Degree in Brand Management and Strategies.
From 11/2004 to 11/2005, Representative of the researchers at the Council of the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the Performing Arts, IULM University of Milan and Feltre.
Since September 2004, he has been the didactic coordinator and teacher of the Master of the IULM University, realized in collaboration with the company ISMO of Milan of Vito Volpe. EXPERIENCES OF COORDINATING NATIONAL RESEARCH GROUPS
- From 2009 to 2011 he was Scientific Coordinator of the Axìa project wanted by the CRUI Foundation and carried out in collaboration with the Nestlé Group (www.axia.iulm.it). For this project it has coordinated the following research groups (budget management for one million euros)
