CURRENT POSITION:
Tenure-track researcher at the Department of Business, Law, Economics and Consumer Behaviour "Carlo A. Ricciardi", IULM University
He is a tenure-track researcher in Business Law. He graduated in law from the University of Pavia, where he also obtained his PhD in private law, Roman law, and European legal culture (intellectual property and competition curriculum). He has conducted research as a research fellow at the Universities of Urbino, Eastern Piedmont, and Pavia. He has taught courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Pavia (Competition Law at the Department of Economics, Market Regulation at the Department of Law), within the Global Studies. Economy, Society and Law PhD program at the University of Urbino, as well as in various university master's programs. He has held conferences in Italy and abroad, is a member of the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA) and the Associazioni civilisti italiani (ACI). He is a member of the editorial boards of the journals AIDA and Alimenta. He obtained the national scientific qualification as an Associate Professor in Commercial Law (ius/04).
