CURRENT POSITION:

Assistant Professor in Organization Theory, he is member of the University’s Nucleo di Valutazione, Director of the Executive Master in ‘Communication & Human Resources’, member of the Scientific Committee of CERC - Centre for Employee Relations and Communication. He teaches in the following courses: ‘Organization theory and human resources’, ‘Human resources management in the tourism industry’ and ‘Critical Issues in Hospitality and Tourism Human Resources Management’.

RESEARCH LINES:

His research interests are related to the following topics:

- the demand and offer matching in the labor market of highly qualified young people, the study of generation mix dynamics inside organizations

- the evolution of HRM function and processes, with a special focus on the issues concerning employee engagement

- work as a sustainable experience: new psychological contract, individual wellbeing, and work & life integration

- the processes of digital transformation, the arising of hybrid workplaces and the evolution of the skill set for managers and leaders
