In the area of Digital & Technological Innovation, I focus on the application of artificial intelligence to business processes and marketing strategies (AI marketing, automation, LLMs), innovation management, and digital transformation. I also explore emerging technologies applied to tourism, destinations, and beyond.
Within Marketing and Business Strategy, I delve into performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and the evolution of SEO/SEM in light of generative language models. I also study the platform economy, technology-enabled business models, and growth strategies in complex digital ecosystems.
Finally, I have a strong interest in leadership and people management, with a focus on how to lead and scale organizations, implement methodologies such as OKRs for goal management, and develop effective systems for feedback and team development.
