Born in Turin on 17.04.1966; resident in Milan.

Graduated in 1989 in Economics and Business from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

She is a Chartered Accountant (qualified since 1990) and an Auditor (registered since 1991). She has experience in the field of technical advice (in criminal proceedings, civil proceedings and arbitration), valuations of companies and business units, opinions on the application of Italian accounting principles and IAS/IFRS, corporate restructuring, and, in general, advisory activities in extraordinary transactions.

In the past, she has also gained experience in the field of restructuring and liquidation of companies and in the field of bankruptcy proceedings, having held the positions of receiver, receiver and liquidator of assets.

Since 1990, she has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors (also as Chairman) and the Board of Directors of various companies, including companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (currently, Dè Longhi S.p.A. and Cairo Communication S.p.A.).

Since 1995, she has been a member of the Court's Register of Experts and has been appointed as a Technical Consultant and expert to express evaluations of companies and company branches.

From 1989 to 1998, she was a lecturer in the basic course of Economics at Aziende Industriali (as well as in various specialization courses) at L. Bocconi University (first as a fellowship holder and then as a contract professor).
