Timetable
Individual tutorials will be held on Fridays from 11.00 to 12.00, via Teams by appointment to be arranged by email.
He has been working for over 20 years as Trainer, Coach, Facilitator and Organization Development consultant. He has designed and lead projects about organizational change and leadership development, both with middle and top managers. He works for corporations, small and medium enterprises and no-profit organizations and associations.
Trainer and faculty member of ISTUD Foundation since 2000.
Lecturer in Organization theory and HRM, IULM University since 2017.
He has been in 2017 co-founder of MensCorpore.org, an association for social and organization promotion of well being and health.
He has become in 2015 Gestalt Counselor at the CSTG Gestalt school in Milan to answer to a personal and professional need of exploration of the «emotional side» of life, inside and outside the companies.
He got in 1999 a Master’s degree in Organization and HR Management, ISTUD Foundation
He graduated in 1998 in Philosophy at the University of Turin, with a degree these about the evolution of the concept of power.
He has been engaged for many years in the development of organizations and people. He obstinately helps both of them in finding answers to the questions they ask one another, aware of the irresolvable tension between different needs. People, their work and their ways of getting together in organizations continue to nurture his passion and empower him in supporting his partners with self-awareness, responsibility and courage of change.
