The teacher receives on prior reservation to his e-mail address.Graduated with honors in philosophy in Pavia with a thesis in moral philosophy, in April 2013 he obtained the title of PhD in Human Interactions: psychology of consumption, behavior and communication, at the IULM University of Milan, with the profile in psychology of organizational processes.
He attended managerial training courses at the major Italian and international educational and consulting organizations (SDA Bocconi, Harvard Business School and others).
He is an ICF PCC certified Coach, with courses in Professional, Group & Team Coach and Management Constellations.
He is currently Senior Partner of Liberamente, a Business Management Consultancy company, and Independent Director of Banca Profilo, Restart and Tinaba.
At the IULM University he is an adjunct professor for teaching the official courses "Managing Yourself: strategies and techniques for professional success" and "Organizational Behavior & Neuromanagement".
From 2017 to 2020 he was CEO of News 3.0.
From 2014 to 2016 he held the role of Deputy General Manager of RCS Pubblicità.
From 2011 to all of 2013 he was Country Manager Advertising & Online of Microsoft Italy.
From 1990 to 2010 he worked in the Fininvest Group. First in Publitalia '80 and then in Mondadori Advertising, up to holding the role of Chief Operating Officer and Business Development.
From 1985 to 1990 he served in the Italian Army as an officer in effective permanent service at the Infantry and Cavalry school in Cesano with the qualification of Platoon Commander and Company Deputy Commander, with command and teaching duties.
He was a director of Audiweb, Aedes Sisiq, Arepo BP and Amatori Rugby Milano.
Among the main pillars of his managerial life and of his studies stands out the maintaining of an high level of motivation and team spirit through the tools and skills of modern management. All activities are carried out according to a new corporate vision, based on a learning organization, a feeling of collective effectiveness, a transition from knowledge to knowing, enrichment of roles and collaborative strategy.
He is an expert and profound connoisseur of the mindset, culture, procedures and focuses of multinational companies: contributing to the growth objective of market share; achieve the objs of revenues, contribution margin and contribution margin% indicated by the corporation; guide the management aspects of sales excellence; grow in the customer satisfaction index; take care of the storytelling and the selling proposition in detail; increase the sales skills of the sales department in professional terms; to be the market leader in the country of reference; confirm attention to compliance as an essential aspect of any behavior; lead a team that is attentive to the issues of diversity, inclusive, high performance, which always aims to exceed the objectives assigned.
He speaks and writes correctly in English and knows Spanish.
