CURRENT POSITION:
Associate professor in Economic History, Venice School of Management, Ca’ Foscari University, Venice
LINES OF RESEARCH:
Valentina Fava, Associate Professor of Economic History at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, conducts research in business and industrial history, focusing on the transformation of production systems in the contemporary period and on the relationships between firms, labor, and local territories. Her work explores long-term corporate strategies, organizational and technical innovation with a specific focus on the automotive industry. Within this framework, she also investigates heritage marketing and corporate storytelling, analyzing how companies mobilize their historical and cultural heritage as strategic resources for branding, communication, and value creation in contemporary markets.
