Graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan, Paolo Donati contributed to the launch of Randstad in Italy and for 15 years he was HR Manager at SOL Group in countries such as Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Benelux, UK, Spain, Greece, Morocco and India. Subsequently he gained various experiences as an interim HR, first in Barilla then in Anika Therapeutics and finally in Latteria Montello (Nonno Nanni). Today he works as Senior HR Consultant & Trainer. He is also Faculty member c/o several business schools such as ISTUD, 24BS and RCS Academy. Since 2022 he is contract professor in business organization at IULM University in Milan.
