CURRENT POSITION

Contract holder for official "History of Contemporary Luxury" course.

LINES OF RESEARCH

Phd in History of European Society and national scientific qualification as associate professor, she has taught "History and Documentation of Fashion" and "Fashion Communication and Publishing" at State University for many years. Academic director of the Unidee Academy at Cittadellarte Fondazione Pistoletto since 2024, she has directed Raffles Milano International Design Institute for years. In addition to the history of costume, fashion and sports, she is an expert on the history of the city and its territory. On these topics she has published volumes and contributed to journals, curated conferences, and collaborated on historical exhibitions.

President of the Elvira Badaracco Foundation Women's Studies and Documentation, she has been a member of the Scientific Committee of Palazzo Morando Costume Fashion Image, of the Permanent Seminar of Women's History at the Department of Historical Studies of the Statale University, of the Scientific Committee of the Foundation College of Engineers and Architects of Milan and of the Scientific Council of the Italian Society of Sports History; president of the "Memoria e Progetto" Association; coordinator for Lombardy of the national project "Archivi della moda del Novecento" and the 100th anniversary celebrations of la Rinascente; responsible for "Book City Milano - Università" from 2012 to 2017 and "Apritimoda 2017."
