How to enrol in IULM Bachelor's Degree Courses if you come from a foreign country: access requirements and documents to be submitted

For all students


1. Documents required for Bachelor’s degree courses

Submit your application on apply.iulm.it for an assessment of your qualifications,
attaching the following documents:
● upper secondary school diploma in original language and a certified Italian translation (only for non-EU languages) if already available
● official transcript of records in the original language and a certified Italian translation (only for non-EU languages) covering the entire upper secondary school path
● Italian/English proficiency certificate at level B2 of CEFR
● passport
● curriculum vitae/resumé
● reference letter in Italian or English
● motivation letter in Italian or English
● passing of national entrance exam (YKS, Selectividad, ENEM, Gao Kao, etc.)

2. Evaluation of documents and assessment of eligibility

Pay an application fee in order to start the evaluation of your documents and assessment of eligibility. Once the payment has been received our team will review your application and get back to you within approximately 15 working days, confirming that you meet the access requirements and informing you about the admission test date for your chosen degree course.

3. Admission test

Take the online admission test and check your inbox for the outcome by email.

4. Enrolment online procedure

Follow the enrolment procedure through the University’s Online Services after being notified of successful passing the admission test.

5. Payment

Pay the first instalment of tuition fees to reserve your spot. You can find information on how to pay here.

Enrolment will be conditional until delivery of all required, final and official upper secondary school qualification and documents.

The payment of the first instalment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The only exception is represented by student visa denial from the Italian Embassy or Consulate in the country of residence for non-EU applicants.

Note for non-EU applicants residing abroad

Submit a student visa application via  Universitaly platform from March to the end of May.

Application deadlines

Non-EU applicants living abroad can submit their application on apply.iulm.it, subject to availability of places for the degree course in which they are interested, by the end of April.
