
A Logo for Italy at COP30: Call for Designers Aged 18–30 Now Open
On the occasion of World Environment Day, discover the nationwide initiative "ITALY COP30 Branding Challenge."
On the occasion of World Environment Day, celebrated on 5 June, Università IULM supports the promotion of a sustainability-driven culture by giving visibility to a significant national initiative: the ITALY COP30 Branding Challenge.
The competition is open to Italian designers and creatives aged 18 to 30, who are invited to design the official logo representing Italy at COP30, the United Nations Climate Change Conference, taking place in Belém, Brazil, from 10 to 21 November 2025.
The selected logo will represent Italy across all its institutional spaces at COP30, including:
- the “Made for Our Future” pavilion in the Conference’s Blue Zone,
- the floating installation AquaPraça, designed by architect Carlo Ratti,
- and various digital, promotional and multimedia materials.
The aim is to celebrate Italian creative talent through a visual identity that expresses sustainability, innovation and design.
The winner will be invited to attend the unveiling of AquaPraça at the 2025 Venice Biennale, and the opening ceremony of the Italian Pavilion at COP30 in Brazil.
